ARE THE SAMPLES I BUY ROYALTY-FREE?

Yes all sample content (audio and MIDI files, songstarters) are royalty-free for you to use legally and without restriction in your own productions.

CAN I USE YOUR SOUNDS TO MAKE LIBRARY / PRODUCTION MUSIC?

Absolutely. Just so long as you follow the guidelines above – i.e. you use the sounds within your own compositions – that’s fine. Our samples are there to be used (and potentially make you famous)!

WHAT FORMATS DO YOU OFFER?

All of our libraries are supplied as industry-standard 24-bit Wavs. And we also sell a range of MIDI loops, Ableton Live and Logic Pro X templates and synth presets. Our sounds and songstarters are designed to be as versatile as possible to allow them to be used as quickly and creatively as possible. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We offer SECURE online shopping powered by WooCommerce supporting all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Switch and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal. All card details stored on our system are encrypted.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you have made a purchase and haven’t downloaded the content yet we can offer a full refund. To get a refund simply email Contact@onlysamplebyinka.com and we will refund your order if you haven’t downloaded any of content.

WHO ELSE CAN USE THE SOUNDS I HAVE PURCHASED?

Nobody, unless they also purchased the same sample product brand new. Only the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the product has the right to use the sounds commercially. This means that you CANNOT SELL or give the sounds to anyone else. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they will have to pay royalties to Onlysamplebyinka for using the sounds. Please carefully the full License Agreement HERE.
